Welcome to this beautiful detached townhome in Parker! This private 3-bedroom home comes fully furnished with easy access to I-25 and E-470. Located near Lone Tree, DTC, Meridian, Castle Rock, and Highlands Ranch, this is a full-time rental where you can stay as long as you need. Just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home in this lovely space!
The space
Upstairs, you'll find 3 inviting bedrooms - one with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and the third with 2 comfortable twin beds. The additional convenience of a full-size washer and dryer upstairs, along with 2 full baths. Downstairs, a spacious living area, a 6-person dining table, built-in office space, and a fully stocked, bright kitchen make this the perfect place for your stay.
Other things to note
Please note: There is not a private yard. The back yard is an open shared space within the community that is not fenced.
