Our group enjoyed staying and location was excellent. I was apprehensive that we didn’t get property access until day of arrival since we were flying in for a vacation. Communication thru the app the property used was good and they were very responsive. Unfortunately our first night the smoke detectors started beeping around 1 am and it was difficult to sleep. We reached out thru the app first thing in the morning and they came and fixed the problem while we were out golfing that day. Overall a good stay

Often rental property photos are taken with adapting lenses, so spaces look bigger than they are. Always a bit of a let down upon arrival. This house was more than the photos. It was so much fun to stand in the great room on the third floor, and wait for guest responses marveling at the space. We all said “wow” for days! - The huge couches allowed for lounging space for seven adults and two kids.- The views of the ocean were just so majestic. - Kitchen had plenty of space for cooking Thanksgiving feast with multiple adults in the kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen and big pantry.- A meal on the very top was a windy, warm experience with fire bench. - Full apartment on the first floor made for a lovely, private stay for daughter’s family with two children. - The bathtub in primary bedroom, with full ocean view was a lovely experience.- Such a quiet experience in a quiet neighorhood. - Host was very responsive before, during and after stay.- So many beaches in the area to explore, with small town charm and meal options. We have rented many places in different kinds of spaces, but this house is the wow!

Our last full day in the house presented a wonderful rain and wind storm. We just sat and watched. Glorious.
