With multiple living areas, two kitchens, and great outdoor spaces including a private pool and tiki bar, this home makes it easy to relax and enjoy the beach lifestyle. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and guests also have access to Le Volte’s private beach access, along with nearby basketball and tennis courts.

The home is spread across three spacious floors, each with its own living area and large TV, making it perfect for multi-generational families or groups traveling together.

First Floor
The first floor includes three bedrooms and a fun game and lounge area.

• Queen bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a tub and shower
• King bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower only
• Bunk room with five twin beds and one double bed (twin-over-full plus two sets of twin bunks) and a private bathroom with a tub and shower

This floor also features a comfortable seating area with a couch, large chair with ottoman, coffee and end tables, along with a shuffleboard table and possibly a poker table. There is also a wet bar with beverage cooler, making it easy to grab drinks and snacks.

Second Floor
The second floor serves as the heart of the home with the main kitchen, dining space, and family room.

The kitchen includes two dishwashers, farmhouse sink, an electric 6-burner stovetop, wall oven and microwave, and a refrigerator with interior water and ice. The dining table seats 10 guests with six chairs and a bench, plus 4–5 bar stools at the island.

The living room features two couches, two swivel chairs, coffee and end tables, and an electric fireplace, creating a comfortable gathering space.

Bedrooms on this level include:

• King bedroom with private bathroom (shower only)
• Queen bedroom with private bathroom (shower only)

There is also a spacious porch with seating and a table for relaxing outdoors.

Third Floor
The third floor includes another living area and a second kitchen space with a freestanding stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, and breakfast bar with two stools.

The living room has two couches, coffee and end tables, and additional seating, along with another electric fireplace.

Bedrooms on this level include:

• Queen bedroom
• Bedroom with two full beds plus an office area with a desk and a twin pull-out chair

These two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub and shower.

Outdoor seating on this level includes Adirondack chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests.

Amenities
Guests will enjoy large 70–75 inch TVs in each living room and TVs in every bedroom, WiFi throughout the home, and Alexa-enabled devices. Ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms and main living areas. The home also includes one washer and dryer, vacuum, brooms and cleaning supplies, along with both Keurig and traditional coffee makers.

Outdoor Space
The backyard is designed for relaxing and entertaining with a private pool, tiki bar, outdoor seating, and pool floats. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. A propane or flat-top style grill will also be available for outdoor cooking.

A storage closet near the outdoor bar will include an additional refrigerator for drinks, and an exterior bathroom near the pool is currently being completed.

Beach chairs will be available for guests, though you may wish to bring additional chairs depending on your group size.

Located just a short drive from the center of Ocean Isle Beach, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, mini golf, the pier, and other family-friendly attractions while still enjoying the quieter west end of the island.
