This charming 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom apartment is located in a quiet area of Pacific Beach. It is a 4-minute walk to the sand and a 7-minute walk to the hustle and bustle of PB. This apartment has new carpet, paint, and small fixtures but old appliances that make for a quintessential beach-living weekend. This southern-facing unit offers incredible daytime lighting that fills the living areas. Just 15 steps outside and you’ll be looking at the Pacific.
A space heater is provided as the primary heating source for the property.

Pacific Beach is known for the best sandy stretches in the world. Wake up in the morning with fresh coffee, take a 4 min walk to the sand and you’ll be able to walk the tide line for miles. The location of this unit is in northern Pacific Beach which offers really easy access to La Jolla beaches (3 miles), The Village (3.5 miles), and incredible restaurants.
