SUMMARY
**Please note: A unit in the building is undergoing construction beginning Dec 29. Expected to be completed in the Spring! Construction hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm** Welcome to Crown Jewel 3, a freshly remodeled coastal getaway located just one block from the bay in the highly desirable Crown Point neighborhood. This inviting second-level condo sits within a quiet 4-unit building and blends comfort, style, and convenience. Enjoy a professionally designed interior, luxury vinyl flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Samsung SMART TV, onsite parking, and accommodations for up to 4 guests. *Note: This unit does not have A/C, but high-quality fans are provided.
INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Step inside and experience a bright, modern space with brand-new furnishings and coastal décor. The open-concept living area includes a plush sleeper sofa, Samsung SMART TV (with full cable), dining area with seating for 4, and additional bar seating for 2. The kitchen features sleek granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful light gray vinyl flooring throughout.
Continue down the hallway to the master suite, complete with a comfortable Queen bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom for guest use.

• One dedicated driveway parking space right in front of the building
• Quick and scenic walk to Mission Bay and the Wildlife Preserve
• Short walk to restaurants and conveniences along Ingraham St.
• Beach chairs & beach towels provided (boogie boards and sand toys not included)

Crown Jewel is a newly remodeled 4-unit building with two levels, each unit offering private entry and no shared interior spaces. Guests can enjoy shared outdoor amenities including a BBQ, dining table, and sun loungers located on the lower patio—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

• HIT THE BEACH We are conveniently located in the heart of Crown Point!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beaches located a short distance away. Take advantage of our complimentary beach chairs and towels for your stay!
• SHOPPING & DINING Just a short distance away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• WATER ACTIVITIES If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating are a short distance away.
• ATTRACTIONS Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 3.5 mile bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
