Charming 3-bedroom family house in Gorgeous Livermore with AC

We were surprised to see this 1-star review, especially as it was left over four months after your stay and without any feedback or explanation. It is disrespectful. During your time at our Livermore home, no concerns or issues were brought to our attention. We always encourage open communication so we can address anything immediately and ensure our guests have the best possible experience. Leaving a rating months later, without any details, does not give us the opportunity to understand or improve, and we do find that approach unfair and disrespectful to the level of care we put into hosting. Because there was no communication during or after your stay, we are led to believe there may be some confusion regarding the property. We take great pride in maintaining a high standard for all of our guests, and our reviews consistently reflect that.
