This was our second stay at this house with the pup. It is conveniently located near trails and city. It is away from traffic , spacious but has a homey feel , enjoy games ,movies with friends and family! We like it here.

Our stay was wonderful. New house, very clean and comfortable, everything you need! Fabulous view in a great location. Host Cameron is quick to answer any questions. Definitely would stay again.

What a lovely property! The views were amazing and it was such a cozy space for a weekend away in the mountains. The location is great and convenient to hiking and nearby towns. The space was definitely pet friendly. Our only minor complaint is that the beds were very hard and not super comfortable.

Peaceful and clean new property. Had everything I needed for just a couple days. If you enjoy nature and being in the woods, this is your spot. The main road is close by but just far enough away to not hear a lot of traffic. The town of Gorham is cute and it’s not far from the Maine border and the White Mountains. Everything about this house was wonderful. It’s still a work in progress on the outside at least but inside is fully functional and everything was awesome. WiFi, good TV channels, stove, microwave. You could literally come here with nothing and you’ll be set as the owner included everything I needed at least. Even Syrup and seasonings, toaster, air fryer, utensils and basic stuff. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. We reached out about 2 weeks before checkin to see if we could get early checkin. The hosts waits until about 4 days before our stay (memorial weekend) to tell us sorry they thought it was an inquiry but that the house had been booked by someone else. We had booked this back in February. We were traveling with a 6 month old and dog. They tried to tell us they had another property a 1/4 down the road, but that’s not what we paid for and… there was no pictures provided. Completely unacceptable.

This house is excellent! I chose the location as it’s 2 miles from Appalachia trailhead which made a long day of hiking in the northern presis really great to just get right home after! This is a brand new built house and is beautiful, clean and quiet. This house has everything you need for a weekend away. Will definitely book again!

Cabin is located in excellent location for local attractions. Fairly new construction, very nicely furnished.Not so good: -A/C units were not installed in windows, upstairs was very warm even with all windows open. Cabin was advertised as having A/C-Internet/cable service was out so we had no TV or Internet service during our stay. Host called the cable company to no avail.-Originally thought we would take our dog along, however changed our mind and did not. Contacted VRBO a month before our reservation date to adjust our invoice, however got no response and no refund for the additional pet fee.-Communication with the host through VRBO was very slow and hit or miss.
