NOT ski in / Ski out

This is a basement unit with very little natural light and it’s not ski in /ski out. When I contacted the owner he sent me the description saying it was a short walk to the slopes (nothing is short in ski boots and those who know ski in /ski out knows what it means). The title of the property says ski in ski out. We are need up driving down to the parking lot.The basement unit isn’t bad based on the price. I paid almost 1600 for three nights….would have been better at the amount Washington for half the price. Buyer beware!

Perfect!

This was just what our small family of three needed to log some quality ski time! The unit is adorable and updated and perfectly laid out to make the most use of the space. It actually felt really roomy, for just being the lower level. We have rented properties from John before and have never been disappointed. And can’t beat just a short walk to the bunny slope!

Vacation

The location is good. The owner is very responsive. Please read the details. The parking is not near the unit which maybe too much of a hassle for some. I have an issue with the design of the website where I paid for this and thought I was inquiring. But that is no way the owner’s fault. He took great care to have us comfortable and even helped me find charging stations for my electric car ( please plan ahead of time since there is very little chargers up in this area).. I just bought mine and was waiting for a Tesla adapter so I had even less options.

Excellent Place

The condo was impeccably clean, and it was evident that great care and thought went into the decor, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, from high-quality cookware to thoughtful touches like Puffs tissues. Communication with the property manager was seamless, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the bunny slope. Highly recommend!

Had a memorable time

This property is located in a spectacularly beautiful part of New Hampshire - which is why we chose it. The accommodations were good - very clean. Area is very quiet this time of year, which really suited us. I would book this venue again.

No parking i

It’s fairly nice place, but it is a basement, there were young kids in unit above up early every day running and screaming. This was very loud. Also you don’t find out until you get there there’s no parking for the basement unit. You have to park at the ski area almost a 1/4 mile down the street. So if there’s bad weather not a good thing. Also the shuttle they say runs back and forth to Mt Washington hotel is almost impossible to get we were late to our wedding we were attending. I would never rent again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Climb Mt Washington

Perfect location to the trail head we climbed on Mt Washington. 12 minute drive to the Cog parking lot where there are 2 trail heads to climb. Very clean unit to stay in. Had massages after climb at the Mount Washington Hotel which is also very close to the unit.

White Mountain Get Away

The unit was very nice, clean and well equipped. The only thing that could have been an issue was parking. But since no one else was there, we didn’t have to park in the lot.

Great for a ski weekend

Great property if you're skiing at Bretton Woods. Small, but well laid out and has everything a small group needs for a great weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome location, beautiful home

The rental was spotless and well appointed. Located a minute from Bretton Woods ski resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone lucky enough to find it available.

Nice condo

We had a great stay overall and the unit was very clean. John was very responsive and helpful. The only tricky part was the parking, since we could not park in front of the property. We were lucky for the first 2 nights, and then the next few nights our new neighbors were very thoughtful and we were able to fit our car in the front. The last night was difficult with new renters in the unit above, lots and lots of noise made it difficult to sleep at night, and they had 3 cars, so we had to park at the end of the hill. Also the unit is not close enough to the ski area to really ski out directly as billed in the description. In reality, you really have to drive there with your ski equipment.

Nice location

Perfect location for my nieces wedding on top of Bretton woods. We booked a year early and had friendly follow up emails from the manager. Nice two bedroom condo that was clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed. Would definitely book again if staying in that area.

Clean and comfortable

A bit tricky to understand where the unit was as it is before the deck under the main floor. Once inside place clean and well maintained. Only there to sleep, beds were comfortable. Only complaint is it is under the main units so you hear every foot step of the people above and there is no parking for this unit so you have to park in main parking lot and walk a ways back.

Relaxing stay

The place and location is great! Only drawback is parking at the end of the street when others are in the other units. We lucked out and didn’t have to compete for parking 😊😊
