With a fully functional kitchen, which includes coffee, tea, sugar, spices and so much more, guests will have everything they need to cook delicious meals. The lavish living space will guaranty a comfortable evening with 3 leather sofas and a smart TV. For good ole-fashion family evenings, several board games are at hand. The property is beautifully landscaped with mature trees and gardens; use of seating areas is encouraged! A charcoal BBQ is available, and a fire pit, with wood provided, can be used outside of fire bans. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Salmon Arm for popular events like the Roots&Blues Festival, the Annual Fair, the Falkland Stampede and the Adam’s River Salmon Run.

This was a very clean, nice unit, easy host to deal with..appreciated the coffee sugar and pots and pans and utensils.. all in great condition. A major downside though and something maybe to invest in are the beds and pillows..the double bed mattress is extremely old and you could feel all the springs..did not make for great sleeping..pillows and sheets could use a upgrade as well.Again though very nice clean place.

Sorry to hear one of the beds mattress wasn’t comfortable. The bed sheets and pillows however, are only a few months old. I haven’t had any complaints about the mattress, I will look into it. Thank you for your feedback, I hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable. Regards, Josee

We enjoyed this property in Salmon Arm. It was in a subdivision however it wasa very large yard and so quiet. We had everything in our suite that we needed andthe yard was a delight for my sister, She sat outside and wandered around andfelt so peaceful. Thank you so much Josee for all the "extra touches" that you hadin the unit and the invitation to wander and enjoy the property.
