This three‑bedroom home is perfect for a memorable Central Florida vacation.
-Sleeps up to six (1 King + 4 twins) -Breathtaking lake view from the private screened pool -Self check‑in, free high‑speed Wi‑Fi, A/C, washer/dryer -Conveniently located off Hwy 192—close to Disney parks, championship golf, shopping (Wal‑Mart next door!), restaurants and entertainment (Medieval Times <5 min) -Private screened pool (heating optional at $40/day + tax; min. 3 days) -Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware & utensils -Entertainment: Roku smart TVs in living room, master and twin bedroom -Telephone: free local & toll‑free calls -Family-friendly: crib/Pack ’n Play, high chair provided, barbecue grill ($100).
Other Important Info:House rules: no parties ($1000 fine), no smoking inside ($150), no pets ($200 fine), extra guest fee $100 per person Cleaning fee conditions apply for excessive trash ($75) Pool heater runs 12 hrs/day; advanced notice required; no temperature guarantees; no refunds for dissatisfaction Spa area shares pool temperature, not separately heated
