Overlooking the Fairview Golf Course and just a short walk to Indian Creek Plaza where you will enjoy the best restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Our home is the perfect place for families, couples, business travelers, or group getaways.

Relax in the hot tub after a day of wine tasting along the Sunnyslope Wine Trail, cozy up by the fireplace to read a book, or enjoy a bike ride through downtown Caldwell. I am an Idaho native but have spent time living in Alaska and British Columbia as well. I have fallen in love with traveling around the world with my husband, Tony, and our "travel buddy" friends. I also own a local restaurant, The Orchard House, in the Sunnylsope wine country of Idaho. We have always been tempted to buy a 2nd home for a short term rental because they are our favorite places to stay when we travel. This opportunity popped up and we immediately jumped into this new adventure. We look forward to hosting you at the Fairview home!

Steps from the Golf Course, a few blocks from Indian Creek Plaza, a few more blocks to College of Idaho, the Canyon County Fair Grounds and the Caldwell Night Rodeo which is acclaimed as one of the nation's Top 20 Professional Rodeos. Located a few miles from the Sunnyslope Wine Trail where there are over 20 vineyards and wineries.

Thanksgiving through Christmas is Winter Wonderland in downtown Caldwell when over one million Christmas lights cover trees, buildings, and bridges all over town, painting the city in a mesmerizing glow. Children, families and couples can skate on the ice ribbon in the center of the plaza and warm up by the fire pits. It's truly reminiscent of a Hallmark movie.
