You’ll also be minutes from downtown Wausau, the Grand Theater, the new YMCA, and the river path for scenic walks or runs.
Enjoy a full kitchen, dedicated workspace, Roku Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all in a peaceful 4-unit building with on-site coin laundry and free parking.
Additional Fees & Requirements:
-Guests must sign a rental agreement and upload valid ID before check-in
-$500 security deposit hold (credit card only, released after checkout)
