Excellent huge apartment; the neighborhood not so great

Very nice staff; extremely large two level penthouse flat on 13th floor; kitchen is very good with all pots, pans, utensils etc.; the neighborhood is not dangerous but very unattractive area; good AC, wifi, price, stove, fridge and oven

old and tired but big space and staff are great !

this property is tired to be kind infact it was falling to pieces and there was no hot water but was using as a stop over and ad few people join so te space was good but it had many things not so good internet now and again but i took my own so it was cool , no hot water for shower and the dust was priceless as it had been around since 1726 and was antique , the sofa will be good for next tenant as they took the covers from the sofa and didnt return them two weeks later so never ad sofa to sit on for 2 weeks but , the plus points the staff amazin OIC and miss pin brilliant and they did buy a new water heater when i was leaving so hot water and clean sofa for next visitors so might not be too bad , and value for money it big space and you could have et together with friends there make noise and would nt upset too many as not so many living there and for me i would stay there again now few tings i got sorted and would say that it nothing luxury and if your a snob best stayaway but down to earth and not so fussy you would get value for money . dont go expecting it to look like the pics whic were taken in the 60 s i think when it was built lol the owner has had his money out of the place and not prepared to renovate this unit whic is a shame but how much would he get if e did not much more as location and not so desirable building in middle of building site that is new skyway so prob a good business move . the staff do well with wat they got and prob not many booking but aain i would go back so cant be too bad . keith

Enjoyed Our Stay

It truely defines "Home Away from Home" while me and my family spend our holidays there to move around Manila for sight seeing and shopping. The staff are very helpful and we feel at home. We look forward to come again.

Complete rip off, Had to sleep on the floor the first night, unit did not have toilet seats in the bathrooms. Moved to new unit but was not cleaned. Had to move medical patients to other location. Front desk tried to steal money from us by charging 6 times the normal rate for laundry. Front desk unwilling to help solve issues.
