The host was awful and overbearing. Complete opposite of your recent ad campaign. She refused to heat the pool for us. I practically begged her to turn the heat on for us and offered to pay extra if necessary. She refused unless the air temperature was over 59f. When it did turn on, it was only on intermittently and not trying to heat to the advertised temperature. Terrible experience for a family with 3 young kids.

Our group of ten stayed at this home and overall found the house comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which we appreciated. The home itself worked well for accommodating a larger group.One thing future guests should be aware of is the pool temperature. We had asked in advance about having the pool heated and understood there would be an additional fee. Unfortunately, during our stay the pool was not heated. With evening temperatures around 61F and daytime temperatures in the low 70s, the pool was very cold and not really usable for our group.We did pay an additional fee to have the hot tub heated, which worked well, although it is fairly small and can only accommodate a few people at a time.Another thing to note is that the thermostat inside the home is locked. On one warm and humid day we were unable to lower the temperature below 74F.Communication with the host did take some time while we were trying to sort out the pool heating during the stay. Overall the home itself was adequate and the location was pleasant, but the issues with the pool heating and communication impacted our experience.

The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It didn’t have a home like environment to it, very sterile. There were no books or games, decor was very limited. Some of the furniture was in less than desirable shape- rattan table on the patio had legs that were fraying the same with some chairs. There was rusted chair legs. The cushions on the patio were very worn and had tears in them. This place has so much potential to be very inviting.

Wonderful Stay, but Be Aware of Extra FeesWe had a fantastic and highly positive experience at this vacation home! The property itself was pretty clean, maintained, and provided a lovely setting for our trip. Everything inside was as advertised, and the location was great.A huge highlight was the property manager—they were exceptionally friendly, communicative, and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. Their friendliness genuinely contributed to our overall enjoyment.The only significant drawback is the separate fees to heat the pool and the hot tub (hundreds of dollars for each). While we understand that heating is an extra cost, we wish these mandatory fees were included in the initial booking price or communicated more prominently and bundled together, as it added a considerable amount to the final bill.Overall, we highly recommend this home due to the quality of the property and the outstanding manager. We would happily stay again!

The house and views were beautiful. Dolphins swam up to our dock multiple times. Had plenty of space and essentials for hosting large family group. But be aware of the separate fee to heat hot tub and pool. Pool heat ineffective when colder.

Perfect for a short girls weekend

The property looked just like it did in the photos. Kinda kitschy, nothing matched but who cares? The house had everything we needed and we all had our own space. Only thing is we were surprised to learn that there was a fee for heating the hot tub after we booked which bummed us out but even so, would book again. The Turkish restaurant within walking distance was fantastic.

Waterfront Escape was great!

Loved it - saw dolphins and pool was perfect for kids! We loved it!! 6 adults and 3 kids under 5! Awesome! The beach was close and not very crowded!!! 🙌

Beautiful views

This property had amazing views, and a great outdoor area overlooking the harbor. The home is decorated kind of oddly, and one of the bedrooms with a king bed didn’t have a full bath, so that was a little bit of a disappointment, but the property was very clean in the communication with the management company was easy.

This house made our entire vacation! We loved it and would stay here again if it was available! The photos of this property don’t do it justice! 1. Clean 2. Great communication with host 3. Comfy beds 4. Kitchen is well stocked 5.Quiet location with a super quick drive to the beach or a 15 minute walk if you wanted to 6. Pool is clean and a great way to relax. We did pay to heat the hot tub for a day which was a great way to relax as well. 7. Kids loved fishing off the dock in the back I can’t say enough about this property! It’s great!

Simply perfect!

We stayed in July 2025, and I have all great things to say! The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the beach. Reading reviews can be scary, and so I went in with an open mind. The interior and decorations were absolutely fine! Who cares about mismatched pillows and too many pool chairs? Everything was beachy and super clean, smelled great! The kitchen was well stocked. Four bedrooms were perfect for my family of 7. My boys fished off the dock and rented bikes less than a mile away. The pool....AWESOME! If you have little kids, the big area to wade in was absolutely perfect, but yet had a deep end for the big kids to have their fun. The awning to sit in the shade was where we all sat every morning for coffee. The bay view is breathtaking, and we couldn't get enough. The temperature in the house was perfect. In fact, we were always cold. We didn't need to heat the pool, being in July, and the water was always great! There were pool toys, and we even left our rafts for the next group:) The neighbors were very nice and even brought us some beer to apologize for the tree trimming that was going on which was only for a couple hours. The grill is old, and to get it to light, we had to use a lighter, but then it worked just fine! Plenty of beach towels in the laundry room. We will be absolutely be booking this house again! I am a picky vacationer, and this house was A+ for our group!

Not worth the Money

For what we paid we would have thought that the pool and spa would have been heated or at least a little warmer, it was so cold we couldn't even swim in it. It was like it was just filled up with a hose that is how cold the water was. Also there was info inside about contacting the house Manager JR if you had any issues or questions and we texted him 2-3 different times about questions we had we no response back at all.
