This is a non-smoking property. Violations will result in a $350 fee. We also cannot accept packages sent to the apartment.

Check-in: 3 PM – 9 PM. Late check-ins are subject to fees: $30 after 9 PM, $50 after 11 PM, and $100 from midnight to 1 AM.

Check-out: by 11 AM. Late check-out without prior approval will incur a $150 fee.

Lost keys will incur a $150 fee, or $350 if multiple keys are lost.
