The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple, whether you are cooking up a hearty breakfast or a casual dinner to enjoy with loved ones.

GUEST ACCESS:

🔑 You`ll have access to the entire cabin during your stay, aside from the owner`s cabinet in the downstairs bedroom.

🚗This cabin is also only 1.8 miles away from Belle Starr Marina by road. You can see the marina from the front porch and access by vehicle is around the bend. There are several boat ramps throughout the park--one is just steps away and there are others within close proximity. Boat and slip rentals available. Fuel up the boat, buy some merch, grab lunch and snag an ice cream sandwich for the water.

🎣If you`re coming to the lake to fish our fishing tournaments, this spot has ample parking for boat trailers and ease of access. You`ll also be right around the bend from Belle Starr Marina.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

🛏️Upstairs sleeping loft is ideal for kids--ceiling clearance is on the low side.

🚤Belle Starr Marina offers $25 off any boat rental for guests with a minimum 2-night stay. Boat slip rentals are $25 per night. Please contact Belle Starr Marina in advance for availability.

💦Please Note About Lake Access--Lake levels can change, and these fluctuations may affect usability of the water during your stay. Because these conditions are outside of our control, we’re unable to offer refunds related to lake access. We recommend checking current lake conditions prior to arrival so you can plan accordingly.

🌳A Note About Our Rustic Setting--Our cabin is located in a scenic lake and forest area, which means you’ll be immersed in nature during your stay. Although we have regular professional treatments in place, the natural surroundings may occasionally bring sightings of insects or spiders, especially outdoors. This comes with the territory of being close to the water and trees, and we take thoughtful steps to keep the space clean and comfortable for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the peaceful beauty and character of our rustic retreat!
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

2. Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior approval from the host.

3. Safety:
No diving in shallow areas of the lake.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water.

4. Noise:
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
No loud music or parties.

5. Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

6. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only outside, away from open windows and doors, and all smoking materials must be disposed of properly.

7. Housekeeping:
Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
Use provided trash bags and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

8. Appliances:
Report any malfunctions or issues with appliances to the host immediately.

9. Outdoor Use:
Use of the BBQ grill is allowed, if available; please move away from house while in use, turn off propane after each cook and clean any heavy deposits after use.
No open fires unless in the designated fire pit, and always ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving unattended.

10. Wildlife:
Do not feed or disturb local wildlife. Keep food secured to avoid attracting animals.

11. Damages:
Report any accidental damages to the host immediately.
Guests agree to pay for any damages caused during their stay.

12. Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway and on the North side of the Cabins. Do not park in the grass in front of the cabin.

13. Respect for Property:
Treat the property as if it were your own. Any unauthorized use of the property, including hosting events not agreed upon in advance, may result in eviction without refund.
