Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire downstairs apartment. This includes your own private entrance and a dedicated driveway for parking. You are also welcome to use the shared backyard space.

To ensure a smooth and transparent stay, please note the following:

Duplex Property: This property is a duplex with two separate units. Your apartment is the completely private downstairs unit with its own entrance, driveway, laundry, and living spaces. You may hear occasional sounds from the upstairs unit.

Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement per local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.

Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 48–72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7:00 PM. If you require an earlier check-in, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper to get you settled in for the first day or two. Please plan on purchasing any additional supplies you may need for the remainder of your stay.
