Literally 295 STEPS to the Gulf DOGS WELCOME Personal Elevator Amazing Views
Make it a quick getaway or a long stay and take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf at
"Have A Blas 2." Our home is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom 4 story townhome with a personal elevator that opens to each of the fourth floors. "Have A Blas" offers tons of amenities with a "welcome home" feel and is literally 295 steps to the beach. AND, we LOVE pets! Further description of what we like to call our "red carpet roll out" for the fur babies is listed further down.
As owners, we manage our own properties which gives us the opportunity to give our guests (and their fur babies) some special treatment and alot of "extras" that you don't normally find in a vacation rental home. We make ourselves directly available from the time of booking and throughout your stay.

* Direct Beach Access without having to cross any roads
* Boardwalk to the beach is STEP FREE, making it super easy to haul beach equipment
* Personal Elevator inside unit convenient for bringing in groceries and luggage
* Separate Balconies overlooking the Pool with a perfect view of The Gulf
* Both bedrooms have their own Private, Attached Bathrooms
* Fully equipped kitchen including Lobster pot, baking ware, pots & pans, crockpot, blender, and just about anything you can think of to complete a kitchen
*. Gas Grill & grilling utensils (we do not supply the propane)
*. Smart TV in each bedroom and the main living area
*. Laundry supplies including detergent, fabric softener, Clorox & OxiClean are full size and are there for you to use
* all linens including extra sheets, towels & Beach Towels
*. Beach Equipment including chairs, a beach wagon, tents, etc can be rented from our owners closet for a fee
*. PET FRIENDLY, allowing a maximum of 3 pets, NO weight or size restriction (sorry, No
cats) (Pet Fee outlined below)
"Have A Blas" is our own personal home away from home and is located in the gated SeaCliffs community located at the very north end of The Cape, which is considered in the area to have the widest beaches and best sand. We are steps away from St. Joseph's State Park, bike trails, and some fabulous dining.
Normally used as a 4 bedroom townhome, we have decided to offer our home as a two bedroom which makes it perfect for a couple or a smaller crowd. Still have the pleasure of enjoying everything that "Have A Blas 2" has to offer, without paying a 4 bedroom nightly rate. You are probably wondering how we can do this. Well, this is how. Guests have access to all floors, just not the two bedrooms on the second floor which have coded door locks. The first floor is the entrance level where you will find the laundry area and mudroom. Take the elevator to the third floor which is where The Master Suite with King bed and Private Bath with walk-in shower, and private balcony is located. Also on the third floor is the Queen Suite with it's own private full bathroom. Head to the top floor (fourth floor) where the open kitchen and living area, half bath and open balcony make an inviting space to catch those amazing sunsets.
Let's talk about those furry family members, As stated previously, we welcome well behaved dogs of any size with a maximum limit of three dogs. Already provided for their stay are two dog beds, couch cover, pet eating station, dog toys & treats, a medium size crate, leashes and poop bags. Cape San Blas has been voted the #1 Pet Friendly Beach in Florida. For the safety of your pet and others, dogs must be on a leash at all times and obviously you must clean up after them. Our pet fee is $35 per night for the first dog and $10 per night for any dog after the first one. Please note, we have a strict pet policy regarding pet messes and damage to our home resulting from any pet you plan to have with you. An extra $250 damage fee will be charged after your stay if extra cleaning of pet hair, smells, etc. has been reported by our cleaning crew.
No need to haul all of that beach "stuff" during your travels to our home. We are happy to give you access to our beach equipment closet that is full of chairs, tents, a beach wagon, boogie boards, a cooler, and various beach games & toys. Rental fee is $125 for a week (7 nights) or $20 per day. Please let us know at the time of your booking inquiry or anytime during your stay if you would like to add this to your booking.
Parking is an attached covered carport area that is large enough for three vehicles. Sorry, no boat or trailer parking. Let us know and we can give you more information on where to park a boat if need be,
*** In order to provide the best experience and home for all guests, during your stay, and other guests after, the following rules are highly enforced. For your safety and ours, we utilize one Ring camera located in the parking area.
* Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of our home. Especially products such as marijuana that tends to carry a lingering odor. We do use a smoke smell detector through our NEST system. Violators will be asked to leave, no refund. $200 fine.
* NO Parties....booking guest must be at least be 25 years of age and will be held accountable for any damage or not following the home and community rules. This also means the booking party must be present during the stay unless otherwise discussed with us.
*Number of guests staying must be communicated at the time of booking. Any guest over the amount that has been booked, will be charged $100/night. {This does not apply to children under the age of 5)
