The beach access is just a short walk to the oceanfront and down the access stairs to the sand. The complex also features a wonderful View Lounge with an amazing view of the ocean.

Perfect location to walk to the beach and also the town. We have been to this area twice in the last year and always something going on. Place was great. Family was able to spread out and had the essentials needed to make a home cooked meals. Loved how easy it was to access the pool, hot tub and tennis courts also.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location by the beach, walking distance to several restaurants, and many workout studios. The onsite pools, hot tubs, gym, and all shared spaces were very well maintained, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I did feel the interior was a bit older and more worn than the photos advertised, but everything was in working order. We would recommend this stay!

Even though the place was on the other side of the road further away from the beach, it was absolutely wonderful. You have access to all the amenities on the beach side! The place had everything we needed and a bonus little courtyard we used to hang out each night. Had guaranteed parking for two cars which is a must.

The condo was difficult to get to as the development is quite large with an east and west side and parking spots were not numerically ordered. The pools were not clean and the community key did not work on several locks around the complex. Other tenants complained about this as well. The condo is on the non beach side. Comforters were not clean. A smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived (i changed the battery), towels were in the dryer and the place generally had a run down feel. On the positive side when the key works beach access is excellent the complex is quiet and the neighborhood is very nice.
