Located in Las Vegas, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. 2 stories house. With 1 king bed, 1 futon, and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to unwind. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub, bidet, and hair dryer for added convenience. In the additional living space, there's a sofa bed, futon, and child sofa-bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

2 story house 2,600 sq ft. 3 car garage.

The house has powerful Internet and three Smart TVs. All of the Smart TVs are with no cameras connected.

Great pool with SPA. Heated pool per request/fee may apply.

Please let me know 24 hrs before arriving if you want to get the pool heated.
Please check the House rules to see the pool heating fees.

Guests swim in the pool at their own risk. Children should be monitored at all times by an adult.

The first 4 hours of SPA (jacuzzi) heating are free. Then $75.00 daily.

The property is equipped with 6 security video cameras.
1st camera is monitoring the right side of the house, with air conditioning equipment.
The 2nd camera is monitoring the left side of the house.
3rd camera is for the driveway, and 4th camera is for the front door.
And the two cameras are surveilling the backyard.
As soon as guests arrive, three of them turn off.

Inside the house is a noise detector.

This was the perfect place for a weekend get away with friends. A 15- minute Lyft to the strip, quiet neighborhood, and convenient.The home is beautiful and spacious, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, instant hot water showers, and several big screen TVs.

Hot tub and pool were great clean and beautiful air conditioning worked great. There was three different systems.So you get controlled different parts of the house to keep them at different temperatures. Everything in the house was very clean and new master bedroom was beautiful. The entertainment for the kids was great. They could have their own space. Being able to use the garage to park, the car was great to keep it cool. Plenty of seating in the backyard in the shade.Overall, very nice place would rent agan. Out of the 7 houses I've rented in Las Vegas. This is one of the best and great location. Only minutes from food in entertainment, very convenient to get anywhere. It was great to have a nice wash and dryer. Quick responses from the owner when I needed something.

We had a great time staying here. We used it as a hub to visit grand canyon, valley of fire, etc. The accommodations worked well for our family. The futons were not very comfortable, but luckily only the 7 year old had to sleep on one. There was only one extra set of blankets...I'm assuming if we would have said there were more guests, there would have been more provided. The biggest downfall was that the heater for the pool & hot tub stopped working. We were only able to use them 1 day & that was even after waiting for a technician. The main reason i booked the house was for the private heated pool, so needless to say, my 3 kids were extremely bummed. The hosts were very responsive, had someone come look 3x and apoligized, but ultimately a part had to be ordered which wasnt going to arrive until our checkout day. The hosts quickly refunded all heating costs without even being asked. Great place if pool and/or hot tub would have been working.

Thank you for your review! We always do our best to accommodate our guests, and if any issues arise, we address them promptly. In this particular case, on the third day of using the heated pool and jacuzzi, the pool heater unfortunately broke down. We immediately took steps to resolve the issue; however, the required parts had to be ordered, as they were not available at local supply stores. Regarding the extra blankets, they are stored on the shelves, and guests are always welcome to contact management if they are unable to locate them—we would be happy to assist. As for the futons, we made every effort to select the most comfortable options available. Once again, we apologize for the unexpected malfunction of the pool heater. Thank you—we hope to see you again!

Location of the house was perfect. Size of the house was big enough for everyone. Enjoyed our stay, the ac was broken, they did replace it but still was pretty hot at night. Only down fall was that the hot tub didn’t specify only going up to 80, so we never used it. Great communication the whole time!!!

Dear Guest! Thank you for your feedback. Your opinion is very important to us and helps us improve the quality of your stay. Just want to mention that we installed a new air conditioner within 6 hours of its unexpected breakdown. There are 3 air conditioners in the house, and we hope that quickly replacing one of the units didn't impact your stay. The room temperature can be adjusted at any time for your convenience using the thermostat. We are sorry that this happened during your stay, and we did our best to fix it in a short time. Currently, the hot tub is heated along with the entire pool. We are working on a valve replacement to enable it to be heated separately. We've ordered the parts and are waiting for delivery. Thank you for being our guests, and welcome back anytime!

Three couples came to stay here for an event in Vegas and this house was perfect! We loved the pool and all the amenities offered. The only thing we got confused on was the hot tub wasn’t hot. We knew there was a charge to warm the pool but after fully seeing the space it made sense that in order to have the hot tub hot it also warms the pool. Rueben answered all of our questions and responded right away. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. He was a great host!
