This centrally located beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath property is right in the heart of Ocean City. Enjoy this family friendly home located on Asbury Ave & 10th, just two blocks to the beach/boardwalk.
It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator, also have beautiful stairways for those who do not need the elevator. This Summer Breeze home is in the desirable North End neighborhood. The home is family-friendly and open concept. Just park your car and walk to everything,
We provided 7 beach tags, bath and beach towels, chairs, linens, coffee, tea. We have 4 new TVs, 6 ceiling fans and free Wifi.
FOR FIRST TIME VISITORS: Ocean City, NJ is America's Greatest Family vacation destination, located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of the Atlantic City.
This property is in a central location close to boardwalk amusements, shopping, and restaurants.

We had just a perfect time in Ocean City, because of Julie and this great property!First, the apartment, itself, is gorgeous and thoughtful. Although on a busy street (by Ocean City standards), the bedrooms are in the rear of the property, meaning you never hear any noise (adding the fact that the beds are super-comfortable). We were traveling with my elderly mother, and the built-in elevator was a godsend. She didn't have to climb a lot of stairs (plus, who doesn't love a private elevator?!).Second, the location could not be better. The boardwalk and beach are a ten-minute walk (which was no problem, even in flip-flops). But we also took advantage of not one, but two different breakfast places just a block away, as well, as an easy coffee spot.The kicker, though, for us, was that delightful patio. Mom and I sat out there during an evening shower, but every morning we drank our coffees out there and read our books. So relaxing and nice. When it got too hot, in the afternoon, we retreated to a bright little nook off of the living room.The apartment supplied beach towels and a new washer and dryer -- easy to use -- to clean them in. Julie kept up just the right amount of contact with me, both before and during our stay, and was clear and friendly. Overall, a great trip, and highly recommended.
