This furnished apartment is located in Sherman Oaks in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles. With the Santa Monica Mountains as a backdrop, residents of this affluent area enjoy beautiful natural landscapes. Locals can enjoy lovely green spaces like Coldwater Canyon Park, which sits at the top of the Santa Monica Mountains, and Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park, with indoor-outdoor sports facilities for the whole family. Sherman Oaks has a thriving restaurant scene and plenty of nightlife. There’s also a farmer’s market held each Tuesday. Most residents of Sherman Oaks rely on cars to get around, with top-tier attractions like the Santa Monica Pier, the Los Angeles Zoo, and Universal Studios Hollywood just a short drive away.
