Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Marsh Hawk. The location is serene and peaceful, the rental was spotless and suited our needs perfectly! We can’t wait to return soon!

Marsh Hawk 3B Rental cute but ...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very pleased with the updated look of the rental overall, but maintenance was way less than expected. The large rug in kitchen was curled up on side and very much a safety hazard. Needs replacement. Also, a number of light bulbs were out, the exposed filter return was terribly dirty and dryer vent needs a clean out. Single bathroom toilet kept running, even after several attempts trying to fix. Until they get a better maintenance crew, I would not recommend unit.
