Super clean beautiful place!! Very comfortable rooms. The host was very easy to communicate with. Great fishing loved the pontoon. Cant wait to go back for a longer stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay over New Year’s Eve in Cabin 29. The cabin was well maintained, cozy and comfortable. All of our party agreed that we’d like to come up again in the summer to enjoy the warm weather activities as well. The only comment I can make was that the COVID protocols changed the week before our stay and this was not communicated prior to the day of check in. I wish this new info had been reflected on our rental contract ahead of time. Despite this, the front desk did get us clarification on the policy prior to us driving up the morning of.

When we drove up and saw the log cabin, set in those beautiful pines, with the lake as a backdrop, we were hooked. Then we opened the door of the cabin, it was all ours! With the beautiful floor to ceiling fire place, warm knotty pine and logs, fun antiques everywhere and that lake view was spectacular, and we had a pontoon to use as well! Great places to eat close by. The management team was there for any questions and very nice to work with. Thank You for Sharing this Wonderful Hidden Gem!

Plenty of room for all 8 of us- full size fridge is a plus. Wished we had had the full check-in with someone greeting us at arrival (to also show pontoon workings) but was able to work around. A few more sets of kitchen rags/towels would have been nice as they get used a lot. Final contract is a bit confusing as it still refers to COVID protocols, so wasn't exactly sure what would be provided linen/towel-wise. A phone call cleared it up. Overall, pleasant stay.

Extra effort by owner. Had plenty of room and cabin is clean. Good bathroom facilities that can handle 7 men. Prior to our visit owners kept us informed including asking if we could check in an hour latter so they could remove the new snow fall completely.

We requested a grill in middle of winter and they gave us a nice Weber which we cooked steaks on. We would recommend Grand Pines short drive to Hayward. Got to be fun in summer.

A great time in the northwoods near Hayward

At night we sat around the dining room table drinking beer and playing cards. The house was perfect for us.
