Welcome to this first-floor 2BR/2BA condo at Gatlinburg Chateau—a practical, walkable base close to downtown Gatlinburg. Each bedroom has a king bed, and there are two bathrooms with showers. The living room features a 50” TV and each bedroom has a 32” TV. A kitchen makes simple meals easy between adventures.

First floor + elevator status: The building’s elevator is currently out of service (HOA). This condo is on the first floor, which reduces the impact versus upper levels.

The space is great. It is in a great location. The parking is a bit tight but we didn’t have any issues. The appliances are new so that is great. There was an issue with the new fridge but they were able to get something for us so that we did have a small fridge.

The condo is in a great, convenient spot in Gatlinburg — close to everything we wanted to do. It was comfortable and mostly clean, and we enjoyed our stay overall. You can tell the building is older, as there are some worn areas, and a few electrical outlets didn’t work, which was a bit concerning. The property manager communicated often, though the reminders about check-in, check-out, and taking out the trash felt a little pushy. Still, it worked well for what we needed, and the location really can’t be beat.

Clean rooms,.kitchen light barely worked and the air conditioner was not the best. Make sure if you dont like walking up steep hills you get there early enough to get parking near the room, otherwise its terrible especially after a long day of walking.
