This home is ideal for family time, relaxation, and making lasting 30A memories, whether you’re beach hopping, biking nearby trails, or enjoying the peaceful neighborhood.

House Notes (woven for a smooth stay):
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles
• Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM to maintain the calm, family-friendly setting
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM; late departures incur fees ($50 for the first 30 minutes, $100 for each additional 30 minutes)
• No early check-ins or late check-outs
• Pets are not allowed; unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee

Very clean. The bikes and golf cart were awesome to ride. I have not rode a bike in 30 years. When we come back we will stay again. So close to the beach.

We booked this house as a last minute girls trip for my friend before surgery. The house was immaculate and beyond exceeded our expectations. The location is right on 30a and with the golf cart we were able to drive everywhere in it to access shopping in seaside, dinner in rosemary and grayton beach. The beach access is great and very easy to get to. September was beautiful weather, wasn’t as packed and overall just a beautiful trip. We even took a day trip to crab island which wasn’t far at all from where we stayed and the only time we truly drove our car anywhere. We had everything at the house we needed and we can’t wait to book this house again!

The house was in excellent condition. The kitchen amenities were superior. And the shower made me want to remodel mine at home. Best home weve ever rented.
