Unwind or grill and chill on the covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and stunning sunset fairway views. Includes car garage, and RV pad. Just 13 minutes to downtown, MetraPark, and hospitals. This upscale home blends comfort, style, relaxation and charm.
Simply put our listing is a stunner and the best value for the money in our area. The location is fabulous, quiet, calm, and an escape from the norm. We don’t live in this 2022 Parade of Home, but built and designed it to be a unique treasure on Lake Hills Golf Course. The sunsets in any season, warmth in the summer, and peace watching the snow fly in the winter. Close to trails, Lake Hills is perfect for cross country skiing, or of course hitting some greens. We recently started sharing it with you and are excited you are staying as our guest.
