Newly Renovated Bermuda Bay Townhome

This newly renovated two-bedroom townhome in the Bermuda Bay community in the center of Kill Devil Hills offers fun for the whole family. In season, the on-site pool complex has shaded cabanas, a lazy river, and a waterslide, plus a volleyball court. The fitness center in the clubhouse is available year-round. The nearest beach access is a 10-minute bike ride or a two-minute drive from the house.
The space
The first level of living space (located on the second level of the home) offers two bedrooms each with an ensuite attached full bathroom. The master has a queen bed and balcony overlooking the courtyard and the second bedroom has a twin daybed with pullout trundle. The third level features the main living areas with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a half bath and front and backside balconies.
Guest access
You can access all areas of the townhome except for the locked owner's closets.
Other things to note:

Our unit does not have an assigned parking space. Up to 2 cars can be accommodated, but one car must park in the driveway in front of the garage or in the garage and the second car must park in a space designated "Visitor." DO NOT PARK IN SPACES MARKED FOR OTHER UNITS. Towing is strictly enforced.

The following are prohibited by our HOA, and the rules are strictly enforced:

Towels drying on balcony
Beach chairs and coolers in front of garage doors
Bikes under stairwell
Trailers, boats, and jet skies

Guests are responsible for any fines incurred by us due to violations of these rules.

What a beautiful property this is! I stayed here with my husband, daughter and two small dogs and the place was perfect! It was incredibly clean and well appointed which made cooking easy. It’s a short drive (one mile) to the beach and many great beach shops and restaurants. Annette, thanks for a wonderful visit to OBX!

Great Spot Close to. Beach!

Excellent stay!

The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. We very much appreciated how well stocked the house was. The baby gates were so helpful to keep our toddler contained. This house worked perfect for us and the location and pool amenities couldn’t be beat. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Our First Family Vacation

We had great time. Bermuda Bay is located in a convenient area. Close to stores, dog friendly area and best of all, a short walk to the lazy river! Our girls loved the big slide and splash pad. Annette was quick with email responses and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We look forward to booking again!

Excellent property! The kitchen was well stocked to make meal prep a breeze. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and having bed linens and towels provided was a great bonus. The owners were easy to communicate with. The on-site pool is beautiful and has ample space to relax and enjoy the sun.

The townhouse here at Bermuda Bay was great! Very clean, had all the essentials you need for a great stay close to the beach. Beach access with lots of parking is less than a minute away. The host was very helpful and responsive when we asked for help with recommendations when our truck broke down, and also they were able to extend our stay for another night until our vehicle was ready. We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again in the future!
