The space is also equipped with a Bluetooth-enabled built-in speaker system, so you can set the mood with your favorite music.
The main-level primary suite provides privacy and comfort, while a half-bath (powder room) adds convenience. Just off the main living area, a gorgeous sunroom with fireplace opens to a private gated courtyard, complete with a handheld outdoor shower—ideal after a day on the water.

Upstairs, you’ll find five spacious bedrooms, two full baths, and an additional living/TV room with a sofa bed for extra lounging or sleeping space. All bedrooms have brand new mattresses and linens.
