Beautiful condo with everything you need to relax and enjoy the mountain. Kitchen was well stocked to cook your own meals and there were tons of towels and blankets. The view of the river and trees were amazing, but hearing the sound of the river was the best!! Will definitely stay here again.

We had the absolute best time! I could list many reasons why this place was amazing but I don’t think I need to because once anyone steps out on that balcony they will understand lol. That view is just so so special. It’s everything I needed being heavily pregnant as well. We all loved this place and plan to return yearly God willing! Many thanks to the owners for sharing Thai wonderful place and it’s beauty with us, we are very very grateful!

Such a great little place! It was in a perfect location and hearing that river every morning while drinking my coffee made my entire day. Nice hot water, the fireplace was amazing and the hot tub was a huge bonus. The only thing that wasn’t five star was the second bedroom mattresses. Very uncomfortable and hard. So much so that I slept on the couch… but I didn’t mind. The main bedroom king bed had a topper and that one was much more comfortable, but I drew the short straw for the other room. I would still stay there again and plan on doing so in the future.

Not Just A Condo, But An Experience

Every year we go on a family ski trip, and this has been the best yet. The condo has everything you need to be cozy. THE WALK TO THE LIFT is literally five of the most breathtaking minutes you will have in the day. So nice. Beds are so comfy. Plenty of kitchen stuff. Loved it. Needed some help with a lock and they came right away.

Summer Refuge

We loved the location of this condo, right next to a rushing river, amongst tall pines, forest trails right outside the door. All this beautiful nature, but we could also walk to Main Street and all that downtown Breck has to offer. In a week, we got into our car only twice. Sitting on the deck, listening to the water, smelling the pines was the best of therapy!The condo itself was very clean, very well-supplied, and very comfy. Loved having the gas fireplace to switch on on chilly mornings. The appliances are all new and high end. Beds were comfortable, linens were very nice, lots of towels supplied. There were no stairs to climb to transfer our bags, even though the condo is on the second level of the building. We will be back!

Perfect condo!

Two friends and I came to Breckenridge from California for a snowboarding weekend. This condo was perfect for our group, 2 girls and 1 guy. With three full bathrooms we each had our own space and were able to get ready quickly. The condo was walking distance to the lifts and was extremely comfortable. I also texted with a couple questions that were answered within a minute. I would definitely book this condo again!

Wonderful place in Breckenridge

This condo was spacious for our family of 5 and had everything we could possibly have needed for a few days in Breckenridge. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. We walked along the creek to the Quicksilver lift. Pool and hot tub were great. We’d love to stay again!

Quiet Riverside Condo

This condo is as pictured, so no surprises there! I will say that the rooms a bit dark, as there is not much in the way of overhead lighting, and the ceilings were pretty low in the primary bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with dish ware, pots, pans, utensils and such. The beds were firm and comfortable. The property management is courteous and responsive. I felt we had a good price for a summer weekend stay.

Great location

We spent President's Day weekend and overall had a very good experience and would recommend. Location was great. Not true ski in-out. But easy access. 5 minute easy mostly flat walk to the Quicksilver lift on a pathway along the river. For return, there is a break in the fence near the lift with a shortcut where you can almost ski back in, but we didn't find this right away though. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The dishwasher has seen better days (racks kept coming off track) but everything else was great. Loved the dining/family room area, couch was very cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. As others have noted, the king size bed in the master bedroom is so very uncomfortable - hard as can be, and we did not sleep well. The kids were comfortable in the queens and daybed. A few of the furnishings are older or temporary (ie, a few lamps on folding TV dinner type trays) but overall, plenty of space for all. The three bathrooms was a treat for us, especially with two teenagers. Communication is through the management company but no issues. Check-in was easy. (Don't forget to use the parking pass! We arrived at 11pm and didn't put it out right away... came back to our rental with a warning sticker adhered to the window which took almost half an hour to scrub off.) Overall, great location, lots of space, nice enough furnishings. We had a good experience and can recommend. O

Cozy and cute but Not ski n ski out

Struggled to find the unit as it is described as “205” but all units had a letter (a, b or c) following the numbers on the door. The walk to the lift was a hike. Def not ski I /out. The hot tub was also a 5-7 min walk across the road. . Nice Hottub’s but the walk back to the unit was COLD. Unit was cozy with a fire place. The double bedroom bath was dirty.

This location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to just about everything (even our 4 year old could handle it) but out of the hustle and bustle of town. The riverside location was very relaxing for my wife and I to enjoy a peaceful moment while the kids were entertained with the toys inside the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Breck condo

The condo was in a great location--close to town and the back deck overlooked the Blue River, so peaceful! It has beautiful furniture, rustic and cool decor, everything needed to cook etc., and was very comfortable and spacious. I was there with only my daughter (36 year old), but we felt it was spacious enough to have 2 couples and a few kids stay without feeling crowded. We didn't love the pillows and the bed was a bit firm for me, but that is just personal preference.

Perfect spot for us!

We loved this condo, and couldn't have been happier with it. Close enough to walk everywhere downtown, a great pool and hot tubs, and we loved the river sounds from the deck. I highly recommend it!

Perfect place on the river and walking distance to town

We love this area of Breckenridge. It is quiet, right on the river, has a pool and hot tub, and is walking distance to town. The condo was very nice - clean and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable and 3 bathrooms is a definite plus. We will stay here again!

Wonderful! Spacious!

We stayed 4 nights during spring break 22 with our family of four. I was not able to ski because of injury, so I stayed behind at the condo to relax while the rest of my family skied with friends. The condo is very roomy, with a fantastic living area that looks out into the woods and has a warm fireplace. I am in love with the leather sectional couches... and want to thank you for making the living area a great place to gather. (Would suggest moving the TV to the corner and anything else blocking the gorgeous view!) The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, too. Because I wasn't skiing, I was the driver to take our family members to/from the walkway that is situated next to the Marriott about 200-300 yards away; the walkway leads down across the Blue River to the Quicksilver lift- about 150 yards more. The condo is not ski in/ski out, and honestly is too of a long walk from there to the Quicksilver lift in ski boots; if you throw some shoes in a backpack for the walk from the condo to the lift, it is doable but not ideal. The outdoor hot tubs/pool that are shared among many condos along Columbine Road are very nice, and are located across two parking lots (roughly a 150 yard walk) and are accessed by a code that is left for you in your condo paperwork. At times the hot tubs were very crowded since so many condo units along the loop there have access. Still a very nice perk after a long day of skiiing! I would definitely rent this spacious condo again for our family. Thank you for a great place to stay!
