Best place in Kona

Excellent accommodations! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a whole lot of extras… beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. second time staying here, will return again. Vicki is a super duper hostess with an eye for every detail to make your holiday memorable. Close to all amenities, wonderful pool looking over the ocean making sunsets every night amazing!

Perfect place for a wonderful big island get away. Couldn't ask for a better host. Everything was right at our finger tips. The host was fantastic. Highly recommend this property for any couple visiting the Kona area.

Great condo in a great location for a Kona visit

Very nice property that has recent updates and is well appointed. Host was wonderful in communicating and added personal touches such as notes and helpful guides for our visit.

This property was outstanding and the host was fantastic. I will definitely try to stay here again. They had beach gear available, a cooler, dishes and some fruit. Beach towels as well. Very well stocked.

Quick Kona Stay

Property unit was clean and organized. Pool area was nice, but we only used it once. Location is nice, close but not too close to the busy part of Ali’i Dr.

Nice Place

The apartment is close to the shops and restaurants within a short drive. The apartment has everything we needed so it was comfortable. It’s right next to the main road but quite at night. It’s also about 20-30 minutes from the airport so it was convenient. We had a nice stay.

Very nice studio condo in Kona

Studio is very welcoming, clean, and organized. You feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. Owner is truly gifted in hospitality! Close to restaurants and shops in Kono.

Great location and everything you need!

The rental was conveniently located, and very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again! We found that we had everything we needed available, and it seemed like a lot of thought went into making sure we were felt welcomed and comfortable. The property manager, Vicki, was great, and even was able to help us recover my mother's lost cell phone in from the condo.

Amazing find!

This condo had everything we needed and Vicki was such a great host! Communication was wonderful and fast, the location is great, and the amenities are superb, both in the condo and on the property. Vicki’s attention to detail shines when you step foot inside.

Fantastic Cost and Quality

This studio condo had everything we needed for our stay in Kona. The cleanliness and quality of the unit was top-tier, and exceeded any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Vicki was a great host, with effective, excellent communication before and during our rental. We highly recommend this rental, and would look to rent from Vicki again if we were ever back on the island.

We stayed a month, best place we have rented . Very clean, comfortable bed, well stocked essentials. Great kitchen, everything worked. Vicky was very helpful and accommodating.

An excellent home base

Newly remodeled studio with everything you might need but didnt have want to pack such as cooler, chairs and towels for the beach. Kitchen well appointed with nice pans and utensils, spices and condiments. Loved the comfortable bed and air conditioning, made it a great place to rest up between adventures.

Nice, clean and walking distance to everything

The place is great, if you don't want to rent a car. Everything is walking distance. We use the BBQ and the pool every night and we were alone and quiet in the pool area
