Enjoy the nice beach-view living room on the ninth floor in the highly desirable Tower One building. Guests can take advantage of amenities like on-property restaurants, bars, tennis/pickleball courts and access to a fully equipped fitness room. Additionally, the on-site spa can provide the pampering you deserve! Both beautiful white-sand beaches (Gulf and Bayside) are only a two minute walk away. Complete with one reserved parking space right next to the elevators for easy loading/unloading. Our place will help you feel at home while you're vacationing in Pensacola Beach.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It has a huge common space and one of the best views of both the gulf and the sound. It was clean & the amenities at Portofino are unmatched. Would definitely book again!

This particular condo is in Tower 1, close to the Gulf, but you have views of the Gulf and the Sound. We had afternoon sun, as the condo faces west. The pool was huge and not very busy during our trip. We at at the restaurant on site. The service was slow (they do take out orders for the entire resort) but the food was good. We really enjoyed the whole resort and the amenities offered, and we would come back again!

This stunning 2-bedroom condo in Pensacola Beach exceeded all of our expectations! The Gulf views were absolutely breathtaking waking up to that sparkling blue water every morning was pure bliss. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location couldn’t be better, close to great restaurants and just steps from the beach. Honestly, I wish we could have stayed longer because it was that amazing! If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious beach getaway, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!
