Clean and well stocked condo

This property is extremely clean and well stocked for a stay in Steamboat Springs. This condo worked well for 4 adults and 3 kids as the kids loved having the bunk bed room and the playground right outside.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Steamboat.

Ski Weekend

Great place. Very close to ski mountain. Free shuttle to ski resort less than half a block away. House was very stocked in the kitchen for cooking. I would stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family!! Cute mountain style home. Loved that they had a cabinet with games. The kids enjoyed turning the kitchen table into a ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again. Appreciated all the fans they had in the unit for when the temperature was a little warmer. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials.

Nice Property in Nice Location

My daughter and I stayed here the first week of January 2024 for 6 nights. The property was in good condition, well furnished,and had comfortable beds. The walk to the Steamnboat bus stop was about 6-8 minutes, and then it was a 5-10 minute bus ride to the ski area (gondola transportation center. You could change buses there if you wanted to continue to downtown. When we did go downtown or to the Safeway, we sometimes took Uber back home since it was going to take 30-40 minutes on the bus.

last ski trip of the season

Three retired guys and last ski trip of the 20-21 season. Conditions were tough for the first two days, but the third day was worth waiting for. We all really liked the condo, so important that we have our space and the 3 bed-3 bath unit really fit the bill. A very short walk to the bus stop and the bus system worked flawlessly. We were a little let down that the hot tubs were drained for some reason, a hot soak would have really finished off the day right.

Communication poor and no AC

-steamboat is a very nice area however We had some problems with the booking. -No AC -we were specifically looking for a condo with AC. AC listing was the reason we chose this rental-description is flawed and has not been changed. -I would not book this unit for the summer. No ceiling fan in upstairs; only box fans -property manager lives in Florida and only communicates when convenient for her -offered refund due to no AC-but not until the evening before checkout. We declined the offer. -asked 3 times to verify check out time and received no reply. Contract states 11 and info at condo says 10. -parking 2 cars was no problem for us, but, we only used one car and left the other parked for our stay. We were aware of this when booking. Manager was quick to point out the contract reference to 1 car. I asked where to park second car. There are no guarantees for second car and it is definitely a consideration. -hot tub was nice -kitchen was well stocked; however, the coffee maker didn’t work. -beds comfortable -rent if you are comfortable with poor communication with manager

Perfect Spot for a group

We had a great stay! The rental was clean, extremely well appointed kitchen, super soft mattresses/pillows/sectional sofa, great water pressure in the showers, large bedrooms, and so close to everything! Would definitely stay again….

No hot tub, fireplace or communication

Rented via Airbnb but told to communicate with local contact via email/phone/txt; we got no response entire week despite multiple attempts . Evolve / management company/ Airbnb wouldn’t help other than bouncing me back to local contact. Main issues: hot tub closed, fire place out of order, front door broken. Evolve said hot tub is actually unavailable to condo guests, yet I see it’s still being advertised. All other surrounding developments had this amenity. Lack of communication, customer service and unwillingness to partially refund is reason for 2 stars. Our group ended up paying to use other spa.

Contact person never replied when called while having difficult entering the property. Other than that we loved the property. Clean, close to the resort, and plenty of towels. We couldn’t find the body wash, just the shampoo. Emergency contact person, Bettina, was wonderful. She replies right away. Thanks.

Agree with other travelers. The condo was very clean, quiet and generally very well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was conveniently located near Steamboat bus stop served by two different lines. Only complaint was the tight kitchen. Suggest different table and chairs. Overall excellent. We would stay here again.

Everything here was excellent except one thing. We had a minor issue and made three separate inquiries (two by phone to one contact, one by e-mail to the other listed contact) and we never had the courtesy of a response. That is not OK. Otherwise, I would recommend this place as it is excellent.

Great space for a group!

The place was wonderful for our work group. We all had our own bathroom and bedroom space and the living area and kitchen were perfect for what we needed! Less than a 15 minute walk to everywhere we needed to go! It was a great spot! Thank you for letting us stay!

It was a great place. It had everything we needed to make our stay fun and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and the shower heads were strong. It was close to a bus stop. We want to know whose chaps are hanging on the wall with initials GLG. 😁 We would recommend this place.

Great Value, Convenient Location!

This unit was the perfect location for our long weekend in Steamboat with easy access to the gondola (bus stop is quick walk from front door). Very spacious for the price and we enjoyed the hot tub and big outdoor grill as well. Would highly recommend, everything was very tidy.

Great space and easy access to bus route

The space was great. Lots of bedrooms space (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) each with a tv. Storage space in the garage and many places to hand gear around the house. The owner has robes to use for the hot tub and lots of hot tub towels. The complex hot tub is super close to the unit. The kitchen is completely stocked - ice machine worked. Only issue with the kitchen is the space is tight. The kitchen would work much better with two benches instead of bulky chairs. Very minor issues... 1. The owner needs to install a new kitchen faucet. It leaks and very tricky to get it to not drip. 2. The tv in the main room was stuck on the option for the visually impaired. I could not find how to turn it off. It was not a bi deal, just annoying. I would rent this condo again. The high ceilings made the space feel so big and we had no real issues. The price is great for what you receive.
