Welcome to this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ~1950sqft guest suite. Master bedroom includes a king bed, a queen bed & en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. All bedrooms upstairs.
Please read: There is an occupied attached ADU unit, has a separate entrance but does share a wall with the rest of the house. Guest access does not include the garage or this unit. Guests can park in the driveway which fit 2-4 cars/SUVs/trucks/vans.
Guests have private access to all 1950 sqft living space.
Enjoy the full kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room! Enjoy the view from the patio or explore nearby hiking trails and restaurants.
External cameras at entry doors, garage and entries to upstairs patio, are installed for security purposes and to verify number of guest.
Please note the property is in an area close to nature. Even though we try our best to keep bugs out there will still be some impact due to the location. Please don’t leave the doors and windows open for too long and avoid leaving food in open containers in the trash for too long, in order to minimize the impact. Don’t leave windows open when central AC is on as this will create a pathway for bugs to enter the house and is a waste of utilities.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or issues when they arise so that I can address them! Don’t wait until after the stay.
We have no shoes policy in the house. I understand this might not be common in many households so if this will be an inconvenience, please find another accommodation that is a better fit as I want make my guests as comfortable and happy as possible.
