Clean Quiet Convenient

Jesse was very responsive to our questions and went out of his way to be helpful. The condo is comfortable and quiet. The pool is fantastic. The property is very conveniently located. Loved it

Great location

We love the location of this condo. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The kitchen could use more dishes to prep a meal. With a 3- week rental, we don’t like to eat out all the time. Nice choice of tv apps provided. The pool and spa are great. Jesse is very responsive. Thanks for getting nightstands.

Perfect condo for our family

The property manager was very responsive and we were able to check in early, had a small issue that he took care of immediately. Lots of restaurants nearby. Condo was great and clean. Comfortable beds.

Very clean and great area

May I suggest bedside or end tables for charging phones,etc. Beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great. Thank you!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay for the waste management open. Easy access to freeways and close to old town. Easy to get into and the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again.

I agree with the previous reviewer that a few nightstands would be nice. Having said that, this is a great property and a wonderful location. We’d love to come back.

Get Away

We rented this unit with another couple for a short get away. Nice unit, but lacking in furniture and dishes. No night stands beside either bedroom beds. Used my suitcase to put my glasses and phone on. Suggestion is to get night tables with drawers, as there are no drawers to put socks, undies, etc in any of the bedrooms. No end tables or coffee table beside couch in living room. Have stayed in many rental units for vacations, and this was a first for lacking of furniture. Otherwise, the place was nice, people were friendly, pool was great, and surrounding area very pretty. There were only five bigger plates, and coffee cups, so we had to run the dishwasher every day, as we were four people. Very good communication with the owner.

The location is perfect, close to great restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, the size & layout of the condo & pool area is all great & the owner was extremely helpful & responsive when needed.

Very nice condo

Nice view from balcony overlooking the pool. Condo was very clean and modern updates make this a gem. Jesse is very attentive to our requests…great host! We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful condo, clean property in ideal location

This is an immaculate vacation rental property! The owner thought of everything for you. It's in an ideal location and has been lovingly updated and cared for. It truly is paradise, and so so quiet. Perfect for adults or small families with older kids. Easy to get to and surrounded by fine dining and shopping. Tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home with beautiful lush grounds. I searched hundreds of properties and found exactly what I was looking for in the heart of the Valley.

Great owner, nice condo, don't go here if you have kids

The owner of the condo, Jesse, was very helpful, welcoming, and willing to work with us. The property is in a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Private parking and very clean heated pool and hot tub were great. We stayed there with our kids and were approached by a neighbor who literally said "people here don't like kids". Not Jesse's fault--the neighbor was a complete jerk. But be warned if you have young kids that there are lots of old eyes watching everything they do (i.e. someone complained to the homeowners association that our kids were throwing crayons and markers in the pool--they were colorful diving toys meant for pools--but like true cowards, they didn't approach us to ask). The listing says "kid friendly", and the condo owner certainly welcomes families, but unfortunately the community around him does not. I would recommend this property for adults, however, as the price was reasonable for the amenities offered. I want to thank Jesse for being flexible and reasonable when it was clear this wasn't working out for our family. I wish his neighbors were as nice as he is.
