Location was great for exploring Scottsdale, but the HVAC cooling did not work. Unit also smelled a bit stuffy, but keeping the screen door open to porch while we were there helped.

The location of the property was great. The pool and hot tub were also great. Having a designated parking space with a roof was nice in the heat. The only thing we ran into was the internet did not work for a full day, which means there was no access to the tv as it was all streaming services. Also, when we were given the arrival instructions and details, the building number was not provided, so we did not know which parking lot to go to or which building to go to.

Excellent Value!

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is walking distance to so many places in Old Town. It was clean, well-furnished & had everything we needed for a lovely 4-night visit to Scottsdale. The property is massive, so be sure to enter from Parkway Ave for easy access to the unit. It’s a great value for the area. I highly recommend!

Maya.....lots of short'-term rentals...16 or more buildings....it is Maya

Comfortable....the unit was great....bu the Maya compound.....lets just say I..... invested elsewhere and will charge 2.5X the price...location matters

The AC was fairly spotty in the bedrooms requiring separate loud units. Many of the furniture and chairs were worse for wear, some stained, some needing touchup paint. The bedroom doors were swollen and hard to close/open. The cutlery drawer is not on tracks of any sort. Overall it felt delapidated and had seen far better days. Also the condo stunk of cigarettes upon checking in and required several hours of airing out and air freshener to remove it.

Great location in a very nice neighborhood. The complex is rather large and the communication about which building you are in and the parking spot came late for me and I had to search through a bunch of emails from the mgmt company. Seems like it would be easier to have just 1 message with everything on it. Additionally the check in time is 4pm but when I searched on VRBO it clearly states 3pm. That hour makes a big difference and they should update the listing. A few items of note for our stay: the 4 post bed needs to be updated (a bed should not be super noisy in 2025 as the wood frame rubs a lot) additionally we had 4 people in the condo, they had 5 towels and 3 wash clothes for our stay. Now given that I did not reach out to anyone on this as we made due for our short stay, but there is a ton of space and they could probably do a better job of having more supplies on hand given the amount of cabinet space there is in the condo. None of these items affected our fun though. Once you figure out the area this is a great location. The pool and other shared amenities are really nice to have.

4-Day Stay

Stay was just ok. The place was clean. Air conditioner vent not working in one of the bedrooms and had a portable air conditioner unit which was quite noisy. Communication with Bart could have been better. Was not very responsive prior to our arrival but did provide early access. Unit located on the second floor, without elevator and no ADA compliant ramp. It would have been nice to know this in advance.
