The Property
This unit is located within the gated resort community of Legacy Villas. The property is a condo with a queen bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, living room with dining area, washer/dryer, and a private balcony. The unit has its own private entrance. Plenty of parking and EV charging available.

✦ The couch pulls out into a queen bed for additional sleeping room.

✦ The living room and bedrooms are equipped with a Roku TV and cable. You may use your own login information for streaming services.

Guest Amenities
Guests will have access to all of the resort-style amenities including 12 saltwater pools, hot tubs, a splash pad for kids, a fitness center, hammock garden, restaurant, and walking/hiking paths.
