From your doorstep, adventure is effortless: ½ mile to Eagle Lodge (Chair 15), 1 mile to Mammoth Village & Canyon Lodge, and just a short walk to Yellow Line Shuttle Stop 55 for convenient access across the mountain.

Gear & Comfort Ready

Arrive with ease using smart lock self check-in and enjoy the convenience of a private garage plus open lot parking. After the slopes, store your gear in the garage cubby (until 4pm checkout) or keep it organized in the mudroom with gear racks and boot/glove dryers. Refresh with in-unit laundry, stay cool in summer with A/C, and cozy up in winter with firewood stocked in the garage and often inside the condo to keep the stove glowing all evening.

The condo sits in the quiet Bigwood cul-de-sac, bordering Sierra Star Golf Course and linking directly to the Mammoth Lakes Trail System—perfect for biking, running, hiking, or cross-country skiing year-round.

Relax & Recharge

Inside, unwind with high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart streaming TV + soundbar (Guest Mode, no login hassle). Gather around Pete’s handcrafted dining table and benches, which anchor the space with character and warmth. You’ll also spot a few heirlooms—like Pete’s great-grandfather’s snowshoes or a wall-mount bottle opener from his childhood camper—that add a personal, welcoming touch. Wake up to fresh-brewed coffee with our drip maker, grinder, and beans stocked in the freezer.
