Welcome to Ocean Villas! The premier oceanfront condo community on St. Augustine beach. Unit 17 is a 2 BR townhouse style condo and one of only a few units in the complex with 3 full bathrooms. Beautifully renovated from top to bottom and equipped with new furnishings and decor throughout. The first floor features a full bath, large laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, and the spacious living/dining combo with direct access to the second floor balcony offering beautiful views of the lush, tropical landscape and Atlantic Ocean. The second floor features the master and guest bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and smart TV's. There is a second private balcony off of the master bedroom perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail and peaceful sounds of the beach. Additional sleeping with a sleeper sofa in the living area. The community has two pools. A beautiful tropical lagoon surrounded, heated pool and a large, zero entry, beachside pool with private community beach access. One week minimum Sat - Sat during summer. 3 Night minimum in the off season. Monthly rates available upon request. No smoking, Small dogs (30lb limit) permitted with a $250 pet fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautifully appointed and very clean when we arrived. The only complaint I would have was that we could have used more cookware and serving dishes. We like to cook so the lack of these items was a bit inconvenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, pools, and three full bathrooms make this place stand out amongst others. There is a closet with beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a handful of beach towels which I wasn't expecting, so that was an added bonus. Parking was a bit tricky over the holiday weekend, as some vehicles were encroaching on a second parking spot due to their size, but after the holiday there was plenty of parking with no issue. First floor shower could use a deep cleaning, but we used the upstairs showers so it was not an issue for us. We will definitely stay here again, as our daughter lives in Saint Augustine so we visit somewhat regularly. Thank you for the hospitality!
