Tucked away in the peaceful Indian Mountain Lake community, Timberline Cottage is a cozy and thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat—perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to unwind, explore, and spend quality time together.

As you enter, you'll find a spacious living area designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable seating arrangement, and a 55" flat-screen TV.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms with plush queen, two twins beds, and two twin memory foam floor mattresses.

We include soft linens, blinds, curtains, and calming décor to ensure a restful stay.

Each bedroom also includes its own smart TV, giving everyone the freedom to relax and unwind on their own schedule.

Two full bathrooms make mornings easy, even for larger families or groups.

Fully Stocked Kitchen for Family-Style Meals

Enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with full-size appliances, generous counter space, and family-style cookware including a large stockpot and a rice maker. A coffee and tea station is available as well, with essentials ready for every part of your day.

Gather in the spacious living room for movie nights on the 55-inch Smart TV, or enjoy board games, conversation, or a quiet moment with a book from our leave-one-take-one library. High-speed Wi-Fi supports streaming, remote work, or school needs.

Step outside to enjoy the deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Deer often come into yard and will graze.

Enjoy a private hot tub under the stars, a fire pit for evening gatherings, cornhole boards for friendly games, a BBQ grill for cookouts, and a small playground that’s perfect for children.


Community Perks

To access the community lakes, pools, and amenities our HOA now requires guests to purchase a wristband for $10 for each guest except those under 5 years old. This can be done at the security gate. Each adult will need to present a photo ID. The wristband is good for the length of your stay.

After booking, please send the names of each guest and the address of the primary renter so that it can be added to the security form for access.

Guests have access to Indian Mountain Lake amenities, including five lakes, multiple outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, and scenic walking trails throughout the neighborhood.

Timberline Cottage is prepared with guests from all backgrounds in mind. The home is tobacco-free and pet-free, with cookware options suitable for halal or vegetarian use.

Seneca Pool
A great place to spend a hot afternoon with family and friends! Includes a smaller kiddie pool for younger children.

Smaller than the Seneca pool, but still fun for everyone!
There is no kiddie pool at this location.

Boulder Lake
A fan favorite! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

Fishing Lake
3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!

Main Lake
The largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres. It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman.
There are also several playgrounds.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Twin Lake
3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep.

The smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families!
