We had a truly memorable Christmas stay in this home. It was warm, cozy, and beautifully maintained—perfect for celebrating the holidays together. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, and the peaceful setting made our Christmas feel extra special. Communication was seamless, and she even allowed us to put up our own real Christmas tree! We would absolutely return and highly recommend for a holiday getaway.

We stayed at this house from December 26 to December 28, and we had an amazing time! It was snowing during our stay, which added to the magic of this place. The gated community made us feel safe, and the houses are far from each other, so you really feel the privacy.The kids loved the hot tub—they were in it in the middle of the night with snow all around. The house was clean and spotless. Agnia was a very good host.Highly recommended to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy winter activities. We had a wonderful stay at this Pocono vacation home! The large windows let in so much natural light and gave us beautiful views throughout the day. The deck was a perfect spot to relax, and the hot tub made it even better after a long day of exploring. The house felt bright, comfortable, and very invitin,definitely a great place to unwind.

This was the perfect getaway while we went to an event at the pocono raceway. Proximity was perfect and access in and out was easy once we checked in at the guard gate on our first day. Highly recommend!

Super Nice House, Tweaks Could Make it Event Better

Overall we had a super good stay. The house is lovely, with plenty of amenities, very clean and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, deck, grill and fire pit. Plus, it's in a great location within the community. We fished at all of the lakes and used the community swimming pool.One small complaint would be the amount of living room furniture. For such a large space, the one sofa was limiting for four adults. Plus, the positioning of the sofa made it hard to watch TV. Adding some comfy chairs, and repositioning the sofa would add a lot to the home.Also, the second floor was hard to keep cool with the AC. We had to keep the temp so low that it made the downstairs like a freezer. Something to keep in mind if using the downstairs bedrooms.Complaints aside, we had a wonderful stay and would go back to the property.

Relaxing, Spacious Getaway in Nature

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The home was exactly as described—clean, very spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The setting was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved Boulder Lake, which gave us the chance to enjoy some beautiful views and quiet time by the water.The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the regular visits from the deer—it added such a special, natural charm to the trip.We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great getaway house

The property was as advertised, clean and inviting. We went during the offseason, so it was peaceful and quiet. The kids had a great time playing in the house and hot tub. The second floor living room area lets in great sunlight and beautiful views.The community only has outdoor pools, so keep that in mind if you are looking for an indoor pool. The nearby playgrounds could use some updating, but the kids were more interested in playing by the lake.The host was quick to reply to all messages. We would stay there again!

Clean and Convenient

The house looked just like the photos and was immaculately clean. It was a convenient base to visit the sights and attractions of the Poconos. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a nice change from places that promise a fully-stocked kitchen but only have three glasses, two forks, and an ancient frying pan. My husband wanted to stay somewhere with lake access for swimming, which isn't so easy to find these days. He enjoyed spending the afternoon at Boulder Lake, one of several lakes at Indian Mountain Lakes. The large deck and hot tub were the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Agnia was a pleasure to deal with and responded immediately to questions.

Serene Mountain Getaway

The location was fantastic! Even though in a development, you could not see or hear the neighbors. It felt nicely secluded. The home was spacious with many arrangements for sleeping. Having a crib and high chair in good condition was a plus! Plenty of parking! The wrap around deck with 3 sliding doors was lovely! It was sturdy and safe for our 1 year old to toddle around on (slats close together). It was nice to have a washer and dryer and also a charcoal grill. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pans, etc.; very well stocked. We felt more outdoor furniture would be helpful for having 7 people staying - both on the deck and around the firepit. More or newer pillows would be appreciated. More towels, including for the kitchen, would be great! Kitchen drawers and food cabinet were dirty and cluttered. We stored all our food on the peninsula counter which took up a lot of space but the very large kitchen table was a PLUS! The listing seems to be a little out of date and I would not consider this an "Upscale" home as it is listed. We would stay again as the good outweighed the negative. Thank you for hosting us!

Great value

My family hasn't been on vacation since 1998 so it was personally a lot of pressure for me to find a place that accommodated their needs. This place met this for sure, great location and great value. Lots of room and activities in the area.

Great getaway from the city!

We had a great time staying here—everything was as advertised and the host was communicative. The kitchen was really well-stocked, and we loved the hot tub and swings. We went skiing at Blue Mountain, which isn’t too far away. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely return!
