Up to 2 dogs are welcome per stay (25 lbs or under). A $100 pet fee applies per stay. Please let us know at booking if you’ll be bringing a dog and include the breed, weight, and age.

✔ Important Booking Details & Helpful Notes

Guest Requirements
For insurance reasons, the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must upload a photo of a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Thank you for understanding — this helps us keep everyone protected.

✔ Children Are Welcome

We love hosting families! Children of all ages — including infants — are welcome, and all guests must be included in your total guest count.

We’re happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

✔ Jacuzzi Use

The property features a private jacuzzi for guest enjoyment.

• Please rinse off sand and sunscreen before entering
• Jacuzzi hours are 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM

If excessive sand is found after your stay, a $100 fee may apply to drain and clean the jacuzzi. Thank you for helping us keep it enjoyable for everyone.

Looking for something special? We can connect you with a trusted local vendor who will set up a private beach bonfire for your family.

Includes:

Want to capture memories from your trip? We can arrange a very affordable local photographer for a beach photo session at sunset — an unforgettable backdrop of the ocean or bay.

✔ Cleaning During Your Stay

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay. If you’d like an additional cleaning or linen change during your visit, we’re happy to arrange this for an added fee equal to the standard cleaning cost.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can schedule the housekeeper.
