Unbelievably cool house. Great location, tons of space, smart and fun layout, and very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

This charming home is located in the beautiful historic South Hyde Park area. It was very clean, charming, with comfy beds. The bathrooms had plenty of towels for our use. We rented the entire apartment, which consists of two units - one upstairs and one downstairs. We had 5 adults and there was more than plenty of room for everyone. Self-checkin was super easy, and our host stayed in contact with us from the beginning of booking, throughout our stay, and until we checked out. We parked on the street in front of home as we had larger vehicle. Home is as described, and I would consider staying here again.

The host worked extra hard to accommodate me via communications challenges. We found a spacious and bright home to share during our trip, very family friendly!However, being a family, presided over by a *responsible parent, is it really necessary to slap on an additional "per person" cleaning fee to the tune of forty dollars each?? This was nearly a deal-breaker! I would have happily stripped the beds or done whatever extra cleaning steps were necessary. I am glad we splurged this time for your multi-bedroom rental, but have serious second thoughts about future use due to this extra fee. (You probably don't care since you already have our money for this visit now, but for that amount at a hotel we would have gotten all our breakfasts, plus snacks and drinks, the use of a pool, AND made-up beds with fresh sheets every day!)The location was a lovely residential area and very convenient to all the sights we wanted to see around town. Even parking on the street, we felt safe and the neighborhood was pretty quiet.

Just to clarify for future guests, we do not charge a per-person cleaning fee. The listing has a standard flat cleaning fee that is the same regardless of the number of guests staying. This fee simply helps cover the professional cleaning required to prepare the home and all bedrooms for the next guests. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are happy to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood and your time in Kansas City. We hope you had a wonderful trip!

We rented both “sides” of the duplex. It was very spacious, comfortable beds! Close to what we needed in the area!One downside was it smelled a bit in the upstairs duplex, but what else do you get in a property in the summer in Missouri . Great little place.

This duplex is in a quiet charming neighborhood. It is very close to get to Country club plaza which was awesome for us as we were staying here for the World Cup. The house was clean and had had all the amenities that we needed. Highly recommend parking in the street. They are not joking when they say it is a tight driveway. The host was very responsive to messages. I would come back to stay again! Thanks for making our World Cup experience amazing!!
