Great place

The house is in a great location, you got everything close by. My family and I really enjoyed the house, it was well equipped with the essentials one needs. We also liked house it was an automatic gate!

Great Place!

We were able to check in early to this very clean, modern place. One of the air conditioners was leaking. Temo was very responsive and had it fixed within an hour! I would definetely stay again!

Good hpuse

The house was very gorgeous. Easy to find. Could be considered to be a good location because of how close everything is but its on a main street with a lot of traffic. And down a block loud music and quad riding can be heard from master bedroom, porch, and livingroom at night. I had a 3 year old that was able to sleep thru it. So it just depends on how you sleep. The beds (all of them) very comfortable. The couch was heaven. I suggest u dont sit there or u wont get up. The A.C in the master was very loud and didnt get as cold as the rest of the house. We were able to sleep theu it but it was kind of annoying. The refrigerators took some time to get cold. Like couple days. The internet is very slow. We brought some of our own firesticks and only one was able to.connecr and it was very slow at night. There are tvs with working channels but everything is in spanish. So not ideal for kids. Kitchen was fully stocked. And the washer and dryer worked wonderfully. Power went out a few times but that was the entire street. Only went out for a few mins. Beach is super close and plenty of parking. Very comforting that it was gated. Outdoor shower was a godsend. Very very clean house. Whoever cleans the house does a great job. Ehich was very comforting. The porch was VERY enjoyable. The price was more than reasonable for what u get. Majority of the negative is out of the owners control.

The location was amazing and the house was super clean and wonderful for the whole family.

There was about 9 or 10 of us we all enjoyed being under one roof and had a great time. The house was in such a great location and was very clean. The owner was always making sure we were okay or if we needed anything. we will definitely be renting it again.

Comfortable & Spacious!

This property was fantastic! Loved the privacy of the gated parking area and we were just 10 minutes away from El Centro. It comfortably housed 8 of us for the weekend so I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Rocky point Rental

Loved this property!! The proximity of the property is just as described. Five min from the beach, 10 min from Wreck On The Reef and downtown. Very spaces interior with a well stocked kitchen. Bring your own food and your cooking. The beds where comfortable and clean with tv and WiFi all around. The wrap around patio was great to just chill outside with a great view.

Spacious Space

We had a fairly enjoyable stay here. The television in the living room was not working when we arrived but the caretaker on site was able to come in and replace it with one that was working fairly quickly. The manager was quick to respond. It is a large space with plenty of outdoor seating! The weather was hot when we were there but the house was kept cool by the split system A/C units in each room. We enjoyed grilling outside and it is close to all that Puerto Penasco has to offer!

Better than advertised

the property is perfect..! the check-in process was easy, property manager on site. very spacious and roomy, very well laid out. the location is also very good, close to dining and entertainment. very safe and secure, there is a locking front gate that protects your vehicle as well as the entire property. great views of the water from the top deck. we needed towels changed and it was done in two minutes as well as the trash taken out. could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Rocky Point. this property clearly shows pride in ownership..! would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot !

We were so close to the beach we could easily take a walk or go back and forth easily . The patio views was nice ! Literally right outside the gate was atv rentals which was even better ! The place was comfortable all around and very just overall convenient. Thank you again for the wonderful use of your home.

The place is very roomy and clean. It was very comfortable for 7 people. Great amenities. Very close to all the hot spots in Rocky Point. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Temo addressed all of our needs while we there. He is a gracious Host.
