Wonderful house on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the beach! The house was clean, well equipped, and the location was an easy walk to the pier and shops. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location / Perfect Stay

Great accommodations and great location! This is our 3rd stay in this house. It is very well equipped with everything you need, conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery store and pier. The property management company was very helpful and easy to work with. We had a wonderful getaway! Highly recommend!

Family vacation at Newport Beach

Excellent property with access by flip flops to excellent food and shopping. The house is very nice with all the needed utensils for a fantastic vacation and the location is ideal. Would definitely come back to this home in the future. Property managers Villa Rentals were very helpful in a seamless in and out transition.

Best last minute sunny getaway

We had such a lovely time in Newport Beach. We have an infant (7 weeks old!) and had initially planned on staying home (Seattle ) for the holidays, but at the last minute realized we needed to get out of the rain.The home: really cute property (entire house ) right on the beach ,every morning , we’d sip coffee and watch our 3 older kids play on the beach . In the evenings , we watched the subset from the patio.The management : super good communication- and accommodated our several requests . From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.We did a million activities on the trip, including Disney, but honestly, the highlight was just enjoying the lovely weather and the beach from this beautiful house. Thank you! We will be back!

Great Beachftont location in Newport Bch

We had a great time and loved being right on the beach and walkable to Pavillion grocery, restaurants and shopping. House was perfect size for our family of 4 to celebrate Thanksgiving. Easy access and great communication with manager. Definitely recommend this home.

Amazing beach paradise

This property was incredible. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was beautiful inside and out and we loved the direct beach access. 2 car garage fit our full size SUV rental. Loved having the full kitchen with dishes, washer/dryer etc. So many USB chargers! Super quiet and friendly neighborhood with great door dash ability. Can’t say enough good things about this place and how much we loved staying here. Already making plans to come back!

Perfect location

Loved the location. A block from a grocery store. Walkable to many restaurants. On the boardwalk but quiet. The view from the master bedroom was spectacular. Having a garage was a plus. Check in and out was a breeze.

Amazing place!

We cannot say enough about our stay. The pictures don’t do justice to the breathtaking views of the beach, sunsets, surfers in the morning etc. This house is the quintessential California dream! It’s beautiful and immaculate and the location is simply amazing. Would definitely return. The host is on top of every detail too.

This property was advertised. Great beach location. Property manager was very good at communicating before and after the trip. I left an item and she made sure to get it and took the time to send it to me. Impressive.

great vacation.

The location was excellent. This was by far the best house/location we have rented on Newport Beach. This is probably the 6th time for us. The living room is large and great for a large family for games and relaxing. The patio is large as well. We had a problem with motorized blinds and while they couldn’t fix them during our stay, they answered the phone on a Sunday morning. I am hopeful they will make an adjustment in our bill. Except for this issue, the home was perfect for our vacation.

We have rented several beach properties in Newport and San Diego. This was by far the nicest and best laid out floor plan. And the master bedroom... Wow! We will be booking for next year.

Great place!

Everything about this place was great. We took my 80 year old parents and the railing going up the stairs was perfect. It was clean. We would rent it again!! The only issue we had was the expedition we had rented would only fit in the garage if backed in diagonally. Super tight fit but we made it work. There were 6 of us with luggage so the vehicle was extra large. There would be no issue for a normal sized vehicle. The only other issue was the upstairs bedrooms got a bit warm--a fan would have been nice to use. I don't want anyone to think this would detour us from staying there again. We would!!

Beautiful views in Newport

We loved the beach views and people watching just outside of our patio. Great area to walk to local coffee shops and taco place. Grocery is just around the corner. House has the basics that you need. Loved the sliding doors to patio/balcony both up and downstairs. Carpet and some appliances could use a facelift but everything was clean and in working order. Management was a pleasure to work with!

Great home, Great location

The property is excellent overall. The only complaint was that the pillows on all beds could use an upgrade so that they are more firm. Other than that the house is amazing and in close proximity to excellent restaurants and access to shopping.

Perfect Oceanfront Location and Views

Great 'mini' vacation at this property. Loved the immediate beach access...easy to combine beach time with work conference calls. Enjoyed walking along the boardwalk for miles. Found great spots for smoothies and healthy meals... Excellent sunsets!

Pre Thanksgiving Weekend

Our little family loved our time on the beach. The perfect location to walk out the sliding doors and onto the sand. The home has all necessary amenities and the property managers are excellent. Super responsive.
