RARE find of a 4 bedroom/2 bath, pet friendly rental with a driveway in Portland! A/C was on and ready for us for a warm September visit. Full size washer & dryer. Great location. Easily walkable to a great breakfast/lunch spot- Tin Shed and a fun coffee shop - Case Study. Nice sitting area out front. Comfy beds, nice updated layout inside. We had three couples in town for an event and all fit comfortably. Prompt communication.

Chose this property because of size, location, and mostly the opportunity to bring my dogs. Amy - the host - was very accommodating. House was clean and well stocked, and appliances and AC worked well. Pleasant backyard and outstanding walkable neighborhood. We hope to return!

The house was perfect to accommodate our family and 2 grandchildren. Exceptional host, house and location. It was nice having the private fenced in back yard. Blueberry bushes and plums were an added treat. The neighborhood and house were very quiet as was the tenant in the above unit. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Thank you Amy for hosting us!

My friends and I loved the location of this apartment! It was an easy and wonderful walk to coffee shops, restaurants and a general store. Beautiful and fragrant plants throughout the yard and all the neighbors yards.Lots of charm and character in the mid-century furnishings and decor. Plenty of room to rest after a hard day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries.We especially loved the welcome basket.

These were the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a rental.Also, I appreciated that there was a bathroom with a long bowl toilet.

We loved our stay in Alberta area of Portland. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with parents and children in back bedrooms with adjoining bathroom and single adults in other bedroom. Open concept kitchen-living-dining area making for perfect gathering space. Great laundry setup. Enjoyed front porch, watching families, folks with their dogs and everyone coming and going. Back yard was great for games and dance shows performed by children.Locations could not have been better with Alberta right at the corner, great shops and restaurants within minutes walk. If traveling with children, be sure to visit Happy Alley at Alberta and 30th(?). Great parks nearby—we really loved Alberta Park.Location was convenient to other things we were doing in Portland and the gorge. Perfect weather was a bonus.

The host (Amy) was excellent and prepared us for our stay. Loved the location (and parking), spacious rooms, kitchen well stocked, could walk to restaurants and neat bars, very quiet - really had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

This home was very clean, spacious, and super comfortable for two people and a small dog. It had everything we needed in terms of kitchen items (we did not cook, but there were plenty of dishes/utensils for takeout). The fenced backyard was perfect for our pup, plenty of sniff spots and clean and safe for him to roam around. The on site parking stall was appreciated! The host is responsive and provided simple, clear check-in and check-out instructions too. Would definitely stay here again!
