We recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely two-bedroom unit on Tybee Island, and overall, our experience was fantastic. However, we did encounter some challenges during the check-in process that need improvement.
The unit itself was truly a gem. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms provided ample space for our group, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, and the living area was cozy and inviting.
Now, about the check-in process – this is where we encountered some challenges. In most all our rentals we have stayed at you will be given the property address and an entry code to enter the property.
You simply go to the property and enter it……
However here you must stop by the Management Office (navigation will not find it so be sure to study where that is!) Only at the property management office will you be given the access code and directions to the actual property. This process is hard to understand from the beginning because you have never encountered this type of check in before anywhere else. I would not recommend trying it after hours when the office has closed.
In summary, our stay at this two-bedroom unit on Tybee Island was wonderful overall. The property itself is a hidden gem, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. We hope that the check-in process can be improved to have guests go straight to their unit upon arriva
