Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Beach access was super easy, and even during peak summer, the beach was laid back and never felt crowded. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The only thing we would have liked was a bit more seating on the balcony to better enjoy the view as a group. Overall, we’d definitely stay again!

Terrific beach experience

Location was perfect. Easy access to beach. Watched ships and dolphins pass by. Took a walk for icecream every evening!

Badly Needed Beach Week

This is our second stay at this property. The location is amazing (oceanfront) and the place itself is perfectly set up for our group. The covered parking with two spots is a nice bonus. I hope to come back soon!

Peace and quiet

This was our 2nd stay at this condominium. We were in Tybee for a Sons of Sailors show at the Tybee Post Theater. It’s in walking distance to the theater and has direct beach access. The condo is well equipped, clean and very roomy. We will definitely be back!

Very clean. Difficult to find. You should add that the building is green and the parking is underground. The boardwalk to the beach was wonderful but there are nails that need to be pounded down. Also the exposed electrical cords at the side of the building are a little scary.Having said all that, all five of us had a grand time! Thank you

April Tybee Beach stay

This 3br, 3ba unit was perfect size for the five adults in our family. Plenty of seating for meals and socializing. No instructions on how to use tv remote controls, but we figured it out. Starter supplies rather scanty. No tissues in entire unit.There was no mention of the fact that there was only two parking spaces and any other vehicles would have to gind public parking at 3.00/hour from 8am to 8pm.

Lovely Rental

We loved everything about this place as far as location, proximity to the beach, balcony, rooms etc. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the unit which is no fault of the owners as we are STR owners ourselves and know how it is! We have a crawling baby and the floor had obviously not been swept/mopped as there was some sand and we had to deep clean the kitchen as well but other than that it was perfect!

Quiet and praceful

Your property is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed everything (except the tv process. That should be simplified) about your home. We had plenty of room for our family and a beautiful view of the beach.

An enjoyable experience. Great location, peaceful and quiet. Clean for the most part. Little bit dated. Funny smell in the laundry room(kept the door closed) Ample parking but tight. Didn’t like the check-in procedure but wasn’t terrible. Friendly staff. Would stay again

Nice location on North Beach

Perfect location on North Beach. Great view and perfect to watch sunrise and military training in the ocean. Dolphins very close to swimming and beach quiet and beautiful. House could use to be updated a tad and equipped with more and better quality kitchen wares. Made it difficult to cook some stuff as there wasn’t much to work with and pans were small and everything sticks to them.

Overall very nice. Parking a bit tight if you have oversize vehicles. Beautiful view and oceanfront. walking distance to a few eateries.. There is a walkway but steps up to and down from. Unit could use some tlc broken floor tiles etc

Birthday present

Celebrated my little man turning 5. Condo is in a great location with a fantastic view of the ocean. Loved having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. If you have little ones bring a step stool. Counter tops are high and mine couldn't reach to wash their hands and brush their teeth.

needs a little work

great location! the office needs to give an accurate address that actually directs you to their office. the shower in the master bath did not work at all. the door knob on the middle bathroom sticks in locked position. needs a little face lift.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo is EXACTLY what we were hoping for! The view from the balcony cannot be beaten on Tybee. The condo is is a small group in a private/secluded area just around the corner from the lighthouse. SO the location is perfect! The beach access is private for the few units surrounding this one so it felt as if we had the beach all to ourselves. Because there are a small number of condos in the building, there was very little noise and almost no traffic. If you want to feel like you have your own private beach oasis, this is the place! The condo has plenty of room and was very clean and tastefully decorated. We just hope it is available when go back next year!

Ft Screven #201

Great location and beautiful view! Condo is spacious but could use a thorough cleaning (mildew in master shower) and water doesn’t drain in middle bathroom. The foyer closet needs cleared out and other closets could use some clearing and new hangers. But I repeat, the location and views are wonderful! Love watching the container ships and we got to see parachuters practice jumping in the ocean and then be picked up by waiting boats. Fun!

Nice place but flawed on arrival

On arrival the door code did not work. The office staff could not fix it and sent a technician. When the technician finally got the door opened we discovered that the heat did not work. An HVAC tech was sent, and another technician came with space heaters and discovered that several electrical outlets did not work. Meanwhile, the office staff offered another condo but we declined. Short story is that it took three technicians about two and a half hours to make the condo habitable. The condo is nice, in a great location, with a great view. The office staff and technicians were friendly and professional. However, they should have made sure that the place was habitable before we arrived.

Nice Stay ...

We had a great time; the condo was a great location, with lovely quiet beaches. However, the condo is pretty run down, significant water damage in the ceiling in the master, mold growing in the master shower, cabinets finish peeling off in the kitchen, preventing it from closing correctly. In general, the condo felt pretty run down and dated. The condition of the condo did not affect us enjoying our time, but it was a little disappointing that it was not better maintained.
