We thank Joseph for taking the time to complete his review. We do thoroughly clean and inspect our properties and will seriously investigate what happened regarding the pet hair in the unit. We take our rules and regulations very seriously as well regarding pet allowances and agreements. We do not allow pets in units when the owner or property rules do not approve. Again, we will investigate what happened and we thank him for his feedback so that we may confer with our teams, and seriously address the issue. We appreciate that he took the time to let us know what occurred so that we may remedy the situation and enhance future guests’ experience. We do hope to have the opportunity to host him again.
