• The minimum age to book a reservation at our property is 25, and the primary guest who makes the booking must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
• Please let us know in advance if you plan to use our dock for personal or charter vessels.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like to arrange either.
• The total number of guests must be added at the time of booking.
